Set breed pricing with the right time in your diary.

A longer grooming appointment needs room in the diary as well as a clear price. GoGroomPets Full lets you add breed cost and time supplements to your main grooming services, using the prices and timings you set.

Set the price for your business

Add a breed cost supplement to the relevant main groom. Keep control of the prices used in your own booking setup.

Allow the additional time

A breed time supplement extends the appointment and the diary space needed for it, rather than changing the price alone.

Control the breeds you accept

Use breed exclusions to stop bookings for those breeds. Review unfamiliar breed or crossbreed requests before services are selected.

A cost supplement and a time supplement do different jobs

Start with your configured services and dog-type price bands, then set any breed-specific supplements in the Breeds area. Shared breed groups stay fixed. A cost supplement changes the main grooming quote; a time supplement allows additional minutes for the appointment.

The breed supplement is added once per dog to a full groom, bath or the puppy version. Optional extras and single-item services keep their own configured prices and times. This helps you distinguish a main groom that needs longer from an extra that already has its own duration.

For example, a main groom priced at £40 for 60 minutes with a £10 breed cost supplement and a 15-minute time supplement becomes £50 for 75 minutes before any extras or preparation time. These are illustrative figures: you choose the prices and timings for your business.

Review the booking rules before sharing your page

Check your services, accepted sizes and breeds as a complete setup. A breed exclusion stops bookings for that breed. If an unfamiliar breed needs review, a groomer can review the request and choose an accepted size and an existing dog-type price band before the owner selects care.

Preview the customer journey after changing your settings. Check the service, quote and available time together so the booking page represents how your business actually works. Prices configured in GoGroomPets are your business's prices, not recommended market rates.

USEFUL TO KNOW

Your questions, answered.

Can I charge more for a particular breed?

Yes. Set a breed cost supplement in your Full booking setup. It is added once per dog to the relevant main groom, bath or puppy version, alongside your configured service pricing.

Does extra breed time affect the diary?

Yes. A breed time supplement extends the appointment and the diary space required. Availability must accommodate the appointment length as well as your other scheduling settings.

Are breed supplements added to every extra?

No. The breed supplement applies once to the relevant main grooming service. Optional and single-item extras keep their own configured prices and times.

Can I change the shared breed groups?

Shared breed groups stay fixed. You can set cost and time supplements, manage breed exclusions and review unfamiliar breed requests using an accepted size and an existing dog-type price band.
