From a phone call to a clear diary entry
A manual diary works well when you prefer to agree appointments directly with owners. Open the diary for the receiving site, add the customer and dog, and enter the service they have booked. Give the visit a start time and enough minutes for the work you have agreed.
You can select an active groomer or use the available-groomer option. The agreed price is part of the appointment record, rather than a price inferred from a message or a note. Your team can then review the visit in the diary and keep grooming notes with it.
A digital diary alongside your public profile
Lite combines the diary with a shareable business profile, gallery and links to your website and social pages. Owners can find your published profile and follow your external booking link, while you keep control of how you take appointments.
If you are moving from another calendar, a one-off ICS or CSV import can help you bring entries across. After that, keep the diary updated yourself. Changes made in an external calendar do not automatically update GoGroomPets.

Choose your site and day
Open the diary for the correct business site and choose when the appointment should start.
Add the visit details
Enter the customer, dog and service. Set a duration, agreed price and receiving groomer where appropriate.
Keep the record current
Review the saved appointment, update it when plans change and add relevant care notes after the visit.

Can I use Lite if I take bookings by phone?
Yes. The manual diary is for appointments you add yourself, including bookings agreed by phone, in person or through another channel. It does not require the owner to use a GoGroomPets customer booking page.
Can I keep my current booking system?
Yes. Add its link to your public business profile. You decide which appointments to record in the manual diary; there is no continuous connection to that other booking system.
Does the Lite diary take online payments or send customer messages?
Lite's manual diary records the appointment and agreed price. Customer messaging and online payment workflows are part of Full, with payment and messaging services subject to their setup and provider charges.
Which plan should I choose for online customer bookings?
Choose Full for native GoGroomPets customer booking pages. Lite is the option for a directory profile and manual diary while keeping your existing way of taking bookings. The plans page explains current UK and Ireland prices.
