Keep different grooming needs separate
Two dogs from the same household may need different services, extras or appointment lengths. The owner adds another dog in the booking flow, completes that dog's details and chooses their care separately. Saved dog profiles can be used when the owner is signed in.
Breed or care restrictions still apply to each dog. Where a breed needs groomer review, the owner must wait for that review before choosing services. Adding dogs to one booking does not bypass your business's booking rules.
Use available diary time for each appointment
Every dog needs an available appointment time. The flow guides the owner to select times one after another, so a household booking is not a promise that all dogs will be groomed at the same time. Your services, staff availability and appointment duration still determine what can be booked.
An owner can request up to six appointments together, counting all dogs and repeats. Repeat visits keep the same local start time, and every date must be available within the next 180 days. For example, three dogs with two visits each use all six appointments in a request.
The final review lets the owner check each dog's visit before submitting. Any deposit requirement or groomer approval depends on the receiving business's setup. Owners can check appointment status in My bookings afterwards.

Can an owner book two dogs together?
Yes. In a Full booking page, the owner can add another dog, choose a service and time for each, and review the appointments in one flow. Each dog still has a separate appointment record.
Do all dogs have to receive the same service?
No. Choose the service and available extras for each dog separately. The dog's details and the groomer's service rules determine the appropriate options and appointment length.
Can I combine multiple dogs and repeat visits?
Yes, within a total of six appointments per request. All selected dates must be available within the next 180 days. Three dogs with two appointments each, for example, reach that limit.
Does one booking mean every dog is groomed at the same time?
No. The flow asks the owner to choose a time for each dog, one after another. Actual availability depends on the groomer's diary and staff capacity. Check each appointment time in the final review.
